Abstract

This study is based on financial risks management and its role on regulating financial performance in the economic corporation. The study aims at identifying the core concepts of financial risks and financial performance showing its different tools to meas ure financial risks. After presenting the theoretical part, researcher tests the application of study variables in Gas Distribution Company during the period (2017-2019) Findings show the low effectiveness of financial risks management through setting the impact of risks on leverage.
