Abstract

يعتبر الأمير علي إبن الأمير عبد القادر قائدا سياسيا وعسكريا فقد استغل الرصيد النضالي لوالده الأمير عبد القادر الذي حارب الفرنسيين في الجزائر وكذلك معرفته للحضارة العربية الإسلامية للوقوف في وجه السياسة الإستعمارية، حيث جمع بين النضال السياسي والعسكري والالتزام الوطني وذلك من خلال جهوده التحررية في المشرق والمغرب العربي حيث عمل على اخماد الفتن الطائفية المتمثلة في فتنة الدروز وحوران وكما ساهم في تعزيز الوعي الثوري والقومي لدى الشعوب العربية وذلك من خلال مشاركته في الحرب الطرابلسية 1911م وكذلك مساهمته في دعاية العثمانية الألمانية وتثوير المغرب العربي وكما عمل على ترسيخ مبادئ الحرية والاستقلال ومواجهة الاستعمار الفرنسي وذلك من خلال إنشائه الجمعية مجاهدي شمال افريقيا التي طالبت بإستقلال الجزائر وإشرافه على شؤون المالية لجريدة المهاجر الخاصة بالمهاجرين الجزائرين. Emir Ali, son of Emir Abdelkader, was a political and military leader. He exploited the struggle of his father, Emir Abdelkader, who fought the French in Algeria, as well as his knowledge of Arab-Islamic civilization, to stand up to colonial policy. He combined political and military struggle with national commitment through his liberation efforts in the Levant and the Maghreb, where he worked to quell sectarian strife, such as the Druze and Hauran strife. He also contributed to strengthening revolutionary and national awareness among the Arab peoples through his participation in the Tripolitan War of 1911, as well as his contribution to Ottoman-German propaganda and the revolution in the Maghreb. He also worked to consolidate the principles of freedom and independence and to confront French colonialism through his establishment of the North African Mujahideen Association, which demanded the independence of Algeria, and his supervision of the financial affairs of the Al-Muhajir newspaper, which was dedicated to Algerian immigrants.
