Abstract

The media sector has undergone profound transformations due to the emergence of new communication technologies such as the Internet, social media platforms, and podcasts. These tools have provided radio with fresh opportunities to innovate and interact with audiences. New media have contributed to the development of radio production methods in both form and content by facilitating information gathering, expanding audience engagement, and improving content quality through multimedia integration (audio, images, text). Focusing on the National Radio Channel One as a case study, the research highlights the importance of incorporating these media into radio work to keep pace with technological and sociocultural changes. This integration enables diversity and openness while maintaining credibility and professionalism. The findings show that new media are no longer supplementary tools but have become essential components in the communication strategies of radio institutions.
