ملخص مذكرة المعالجة الإعلامية لطوفان الأقصى عبر تطبيق الإنستغرام

Abstract

تمحورت هذه الدراسة حول المعالجة الإعلامية لطوفان الأقصى عبر تطبيق الإنستغرام – دراسة تحليلية لحساب قناة الجزيرة خلال الفترة الممتدة من 15 أفريل إلى 15 ماي 2025- وقد انطلقت الدراسة من إشكالية مفادها: ما طبيعة المعالجة الإعلامية التي قدمتها قناة الجزيرة عبر الإنستغرام خلال العدوان على غزة (طوفان الأقصى)؟ وللإجابة على هذه الإشكالية، ارتأينا طرح التساؤلات التالية: 1. ما نوع الوسائط المستخدمة في منشورات قناة الجزيرة على إنستغرام خلال تغطية طوفان الأقصى؟ 2. ما هي اللغات المستخدمة في منشورات قناة الجزيرة على إنستغرام خلال تغطية طوفان الأقصى؟ 3. ما هو الأسلوب اللغوي المستخدم في منشورات قناة الجزيرة على إنستغرام خلال تغطية طوفان الأقصى؟ 4. ما طبيعة المحتوى الذي تناولته منشورات قناة الجزيرة على إنستغرام خلال تغطية طوفان الأقصى؟ 5. ما الرموز البصرية المستخدمة في منشورات قناة الجزيرة على إنستغرام خلال تغطية طوفان الأقصى؟ وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن طبيعة المعالجة الإعلامية التي قدمتها قناة الجزيرة عبر إنستغرام خلال العدوان على غزة (طوفان الأقصى) اتسمت بالتركيز على نقل الواقع الحيّ، وتوثيق الجرائم، وإبراز الصمود الفلسطيني، عبر خطاب متعدد الاتجاهات يخاطب جمهورًا واسعًا من المحليين والعرب والحقوقيين، ويوازن بين التأثير الوجداني والتوثيق الموضوعي. وقد ساهمت هذه المعالجة في تشكيل خطاب إعلامي رقمي داعم للقضية الفلسطينية، يقوم على ترسيخ الرواية الفلسطينية ومواجهة التعتيم أو التضليل الإعلامي، بأسلوب يتماشى مع معايير النشر على المنصات الرقمية وسلوكيات المتلقي المعاصر. This study focused on the media coverage of the "Al-Aqsa Flood" operation through the Instagram platform – specifically, an analytical study of Al Jazeera’s official Instagram account during the period from April 15 to May 15, 2025. The study stemmed from the following main research question: What is the nature of the media coverage provided by Al Jazeera via Instagram during the Israeli assault on Gaza ("Al-Aqsa Flood")? To address this central question, the study posed the following sub-questions: 1. What types of media were used in Al Jazeera’s Instagram posts during the coverage of the Al-Aqsa Flood? 2. What languages were used in these posts? 3. What linguistic style characterized Al Jazeera’s Instagram content during this period? 4. What type of content was covered in the posts? 5. What visual symbols were employed in Al Jazeera’s Instagram posts during the coverage? The study concluded that the nature of Al Jazeera’s media coverage via Instagram during the assault on Gaza ("Al-Aqsa Flood") was characterized by a strong focus on conveying real-time realities, documenting war crimes, and highlighting Palestinian resilience. The channel adopted a multi-dimensional media discourse targeting a broad audience, including local viewers, the Arab world, and human rights advocates. It succeeded in striking a balance between emotional appeal and factual reporting. This approach contributed to constructing a supportive digital media narrative for the Palestinian cause, aiming to reinforce the Palestinian perspective and counteract media blackout or disinformation. The strategy aligned with digital platform publishing standards and the consumption behavior of modern media users.
