Le casier judiciaire est un document officiel , a dimensions juridiques et sociales , qui influence la vie des individus ,notamment en ce qui concerne leurs chances dintegration dans la societe . il est donc soumis a des regles juridiques qui preservent et respectent son caractere confidentiel .en ce qui concerne sa mise a jour , il ne peut erte delivre quaux autorites habiliees legalement ,avec une protection rigoureuse des donnees ,notamment celles relatives aux mineurs ,surtout avec lelargissement de son usage pour inclure les personnes morales ,le casier judicaire reste ainsi un outil de justice ,a condition quil soit utilise dans un cadre legal . The criminal record is an official document with legal and social dimensions that affects individuals live , especially regarding their employment opprtunities and integration into society . therefore , it is subject to legal regulations that preserve and respect its confidential nature . regarding its updating ,it is delivered only to legally authorized authorities ,with strict protection of the data ,especially those concerning minors . particularly with the expansion of its use to include legal entities ,the criminal record remains a means of achieving justice ,provided it is used within a legal framework .
