عصرنة قطاع العدالة في الجزائر

Abstract

ملخص المذكرة : لقد تمكن قطاع العدالة من تحقيق قفزة نوعية في مسار عصرنة جهاز القضاء ، من خلال الإصلاحات الشاملة التي شهدها ، وذلك بإدخال التكنولوجيات الحديثة ووسائل الإعلام والإتصال في المنظومة القضائية ، وتجلت مظاهر عصرنة العدالة في العديد من الخدمات الإلكترونية عن بعد المجسدة اليوم على أرض الواقع كإستخراج مختلف الوثائق والأحكام والقرارات الممضاة إلكترونيا ،وكل هذا من أجل تقريب العدالة من المواطن وتحقيق مبدأ الشفافية لعدالة جزائرية بمعايير عالمية.

Summary of the graduation thesis : The justice sector has managed to achieve a qualitative leap in the modernization of the judiciary, through the comprehensive reforms it has undergone, by introducing modern technologies and means of communication into the judicial system. The manifestations of the modernization of justice are evident in many remote electronic services that are now a reality, such as the extraction of various documents, rulings, and electronically signed decisions. All of this aims to bring justice closer to the citizen and achieve the principle of transparency for an Algerian justice system that meets global standards.

Résumé du mémoire de fin d'études : Le secteur de la justice a réussi à réaliser un bond qualitatif dans le processus de modernisation de l'appareil judiciaire, grâce aux réformes globales qu'il a connues, en intégrant les technologies modernes et les moyens de communication dans le système judiciaire. Les manifestations de la modernisation de la justice se sont concrétisées par de nombreux services électroniques à distance, tels que l'extraction de divers documents, jugements et décisions signés électroniquement. Tout cela vise à rapprocher la justice du citoyen et à réaliser le principe de transparence pour une justice algérienne conforme aux normes mondiales.
