ترسيخ قواعد السلامة المرورية و دورها في الحد من حوادث المرور .

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة : هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين ترسيخ قواعد السلامة المرورية و دورها في الحد من حوادث المرور . وقد تمحورت الدراسة حول التساؤلات الآتية: 1- هل فهم والتزام تلاميذ الطور الابتدائي بقواعد السلامة المرورية يقلل من حوادث المرور ؟ 2 - ماهو مستوى وعي التلاميذ بقواعد السلامة المرورية من خلال التعرف على اشارات المرور ؟ 3 - هل توجد فروق بين الجنسين في الالتزام بقواعد السلامة المرورية ؟ وللإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة صيغت الفرضيات الآتية : 1 - يؤثر فهم والتزام تلاميذ الطور الابتدائي قواعد السلامة المرورية في التقليل من حوادث المرور عينة الدراسة . 2 - لدى تلاميذ الطور الابتدائي وعي متوسط بقواعد السلامة المرورية من خلال التعرف على اشارات المرور . 3 - لا توجد فروق بين الجنسين في الالتزام بقواعد السلامة المرورية . تحددت الدراسة الحالية بالمنهج الوصفي ، واختيرت العينة بطريقة عشوائية ، و استعملت أداة الاستبيان في جمع البيانات ، ولمعالجة بيانات البحث استخدمنا الأساليب الاحصائية التالية : المتوسط الحسابي ، الانحراف المعياري ، ، النسب المئوية ، و معامل الارتباط بيرسون . وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث على ما يلي : - قبول الفرضية العامة التي تنص على تأثير الالتزام بقواعد السلامة المرورية في التقليل من حوادث المرور - رفض الفرضية الجزئية الأولى التي نصت على وجود مستوى متوسط من الوعي بقواعد السلامة المرورية لدى عينة الدراسة . - قبول الفرضية الجزئية الثانية التي مفادها عدم وجود فروق بين الجنسين في الالتزام بقواعد السلامة المرورية . وقد تم تفسير النتائج المتحصل عليها ، وخلصت الدراسة إلى تقديم بعض الاقتراحات .

Study summary: The current study aimed to reveal the relationship between establishing traffic safety rules and their role in reducing traffic accidents. The study focused on the following questions: 1- Does establishing traffic safety rules affect reducing traffic accidents among primary school students? 2 - What is the level of students’ awareness of traffic safety rules through familiarization with traffic signals? 3 - Are there differences between the sexes in adherence to traffic safety rules? To answer the study questions, the following hypotheses were formulated: 1 - Establishing traffic safety rules affects the reduction of traffic accidents in a positive way among primary school students, the study sample. 2 - Primary school students have an average awareness of traffic safety rules through recognizing traffic signals. 3 - There are no differences between the sexes in adherence to traffic safety rules. The current study was determined by the descriptive approach, the sample was chosen in a purposive manner, and the questionnaire tool was used to collect data: To process the research data, we used the following statistical methods: arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentages, and Pearson correlation coefficient. The research results resulted in the following: - Accepting the general hypothesis that states the effect of adherence to traffic safety rules in reducing traffic accidents - Rejecting the first partial hypothesis, which stated that there is an average level of awareness of traffic safety rules among the study sample. - Accepting the third partial hypothesis, which states that there are no differences between the sexes in adherence to traffic safety rules. The results obtained were interpreted, and the study concluded by presenting some suggestions.
