دور الإذاعة المحلية في مرافقة برامج التعليم العالي في الجزائر

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة دور او كيفية مساهمة إذاعة المدية الجهوية في مرافقة برامج التعليم العالي في الجزائر، وذلك من خلال الاجابة على التساؤلات المطروحة، تمثل اشكالية البحث. وللإجابة عليها القسم الأول وخصص للدراسة النظرية لموضوع البحث، أما القسم الثاني فعبارة عن الدراسة التطبيقية للموضوع. تناولت موضوع التعليم العالي الذي شهد منذ الاستقلال حتى الآن عدة إصلاحات شاملة وعميقة من اجل التكيف باستمرار مع التحولات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية من اجل الإسهام بشكل فعال في التنمية الوطنية والانخراط الكلي في سيرورة الديناميكية المتسارعة لرفع التحديات الراهنة والمستقبلية ومواكبة التطورات العالمية وبما أن التعليم أداة فعالة في صنع المستقبل ومفتاح تحل به مختلف المعضلات التنموية، حددت اللجنة الوطنية ووزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي إستراتيجية لتطوير القطاع للفترة 2013-2004 تتضمن إصلاح شامل وعميق لتطوير التعليم العالي وتستجيب للمعايير الدولية وتكون مصحوبة بتحسن وتأهيل مختلف البرامج التعليمية باعتماد تنظيم جديد للتسيير البيداغوجي. تناولت أيضا موضوع الإذاعات المحلية وخصصت بالذكر إذاعة المدية الجهوية فهي بكونها من الوسائل الإعلامية السمعية، ما زالت تسعى إلى تحقيق وتلبية احتياجات الجامعة اليومية من خلال ما تقدمه من برامج تعليمية تتضمن في محتواها نشر جديد الكليات ونشر المعرفة ... كما لاحظت أيضا أن إذاعة المدية المحلية نوعت البرامج التعليمية المقدمة، و هذا لمرافقة برامج التعليم العالي ، و من خلال المقابلة التي اجريتها مع مجموعة من الصحفيين في الاذاعة، لاحظت أن إذاعة المدية أعطت لمجال التعليم العالي مكانة على غرار المجالات الأخرى و لو بكمية قليلة، إلا أنها قدمت ما لم تستطع عليه بعض الإذاعات المحلية و المركزية الأخرى تقديمه. Study summary: This study aims to know the role or how the regional radio station Medea contributes to the accompaniment of higher education programs in Algeria, by answering the questions raised, representing the problem of the research. In order to answer them, the first section was devoted to the theoretical study of the subject of the research, while the second section is an applied study of the subject. I dealt with the issue of higher education, which since independence has witnessed several comprehensive and deep reforms in order to constantly adapt to economic and social transformations in order to contribute effectively to national development and to fully engage in the accelerating dynamic process to raise current and future challenges and keep abreast of global developments, since education is an effective tool in making the future and a key to solve various developmental dilemmas. The National Committee and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research set a strategy for the development of the sector for the period 2004-2013 that includes a comprehensive and deep reform for the development of higher education that responds to international standards and is accompanied by improvement and rehabilitation of various educational programs by adopting a new organization for pedagogical management. I also dealt with the topic of local radios, and singled out the regional radio station for it, being an audio media, still seeks to achieve and meet the daily needs of the university through its educational programs that include in its content the publication of new faculties and the dissemination of knowledge ... I also noticed that the local Medea Radio diversified the educational programs presented, and this is to accompany the higher education programs, and through the interview I conducted with a group of journalists on the radio, I noticed that the Medea Radio gave the field of higher education a status similar to other fields, albeit with a small amount. However, it presented what some other local and central radio stations could not provide.
