أثر المداومة في التدريس أثناء جائحة كورونا على الأمهات العاملات لتلاميذ الإبتدائي

Abstract

استهدفت هذه الدراسة لتعرف على محاولة التعرف على الفروق في تعامل الأم العاملة مع ابنها في الابتدائي تعزى لمتغير نوع العمل، والعلاقة الإرتباطية بين تعامل الأم العاملة مع ابنها في الابتدائي والضغوط النفسية أثناء جائحة كورونا، والفروق في درجة الضغوط النفسية الأم العاملة تعزى لمتغير نوع العمل. تناولنا في هذه الدراسة خمسة فصول، الفصل الأول عبارة عن فصل الإطار العام، أما الفصل الثاني المداومة في التدريس أثناء جائحة كورونا، والفصل الثالث يتضمن المرأة العاملة ، أما الفصل الرابع متمثل في الإجراءات المنهجية للدراسة الميدانية، والفصل الخامس يتضمن عرض ومناقشة نتائج الدراسة بالإضافة إلى الاستنتاج العام واقتراحات والتوصيات وأخيرا الخاتمة وقائمة المراجع والملاحق.

This study aimed to identify the attempt to identify the differences in the working mother's dealings with her son in primary school due to the variable of the type of work, and the correlation between the working mother's dealings with her son in primary school and the psychological pressures during the Corona pandemic, and the differences in the degree of psychological stress of the working mother due to the variable of the type of work. In this study, we dealt with five chapters, the first chapter is the general framework chapter, the second chapter includes teaching continuity during the Corona pandemic, the third chapter includes working women, the fourth chapter is the methodological procedures of the field study, and the fifth chapter includes presentation and discussion of the results of the study in addition to The general conclusion, suggestions and recommendations, and finally the conclusion and a list of references and appendices.
