الصحة النفسية وعلاقتها بالأداء الوظيفي لدى عمال الصحة

Abstract

يهدف البحث الحالي لدراسة العلاقة بين الصحة النفسية والأداء الوظيفي لدى عمال الصحة ،وذلك من خلال الإجابة على التساؤلات التالية : _هل هناك علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين الصحة النفسية والأداء الوظيفي لدى عمال الصحة ؟ _هل يتمتع عمال الصحة مستوى مرتفع من الصحة النفسية ؟ _هل يبدي عمال الصحة مستوى مرتفع من الأداء الوظيفي ؟ _هل توجد فروق في الصحة النفسية بين الجنسين من عمال الصحة ؟ _هل توجد فروق في الأداء الوظيفي بين الجنسين من عمال الصحة ؟ اعتمد البحث الحالي في جمع البيانات على مقياسين ،مقياس الصحة النفسية لkamman et flatt.(1983) ومقياس الأداء الوظيفي لbrut et loller حيث قام بتعريبه ناصر السكران سنة 2004. وتمت المعالجة الإحصائية للنتائج باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية رقمSPSS 23وتم التوصل إلى مايلي توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغيري الصحة النفسية والأداء الوظيفي لدى عمال الصحة . لايتمتع عمال الصحة بمستوى مرتفع من الصحة النفسية . لايبدي عمال الصحة أداء مرتفع من الأداء الوظيفي. لاتوجد فروق في الصحة النفسية بين الجنسين من عمال الصحة . توجد فروق في الأداء الوظيفي بين الجنسين من عمال الصحة . تم تفسير النتائج في ضوء الدراسات السابقة وماتناولناه نظريا لينتهي البحث بتقديم مجموعة من الاقتراحات .

Study summary Current research aims to study the relationship between mental health and the functioning of health workers by answering the following question is there a correlation between mental health and worker’s job performance ? Do health workers showing a high level of mental health? Are health wokers showing a high a level of job performance ? Are the difference in mental health between the sexes of health workers ? Are the difference in functioning between the sexes works? The currernt research in data collection relied on two metrics .the mental health scal of KAMAN &FLATT 1983 and the functional of BRUT et LOLLER and he was identified by ALsakran in 2004. The treatment was done through the social science statistical package programme no 23 SPSS to reach the following result * There is a statistically significant positive correlation between mental health Variables and health worker’s functional performance . The health workers do not enjoy a high level of mental health . Health workers do not show a high level a job performance . There are no difference in mental health between sexes (mal and femal ) health workers . There are difference in job performance between the sexes (mal and femal) of health workers . The results were interpreted in the high of previous studies to conclude the research withe a set of suggestion
