سرقة السيارات وعلاقته بإجرام العصابات في الأحياء السكنية الجديدة

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: تهدف هذه الدراسة الموسومة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهم أسباب قيام العصابات الاجرامية في الأحياء السكنية الجديدة بمختلف السلوكات الاجرامية والتي من بينها سرقة السيارات حيث تعتبر هذه الأخيرة من أعقد الجرائم التي استفحلت بقوة في الآونة الأخيرة. وقد انطلقت هذه الدراسة من تساؤل رئيسي فاده: هل لسرقة السيارات علاقة بإجرام العصابات في الأحياء السكنية الجديدة؟ والتي انبثقت عنه تساؤلات فرعية تمثلت في:  هل لسرقة السيارات من طرف العصابات الاجرامية علاقة بانتشار البطالة لدى الشباب في الاحياء السكنية الجديدة؟  هل لسرقة السيارات من طرف العصابات الاجرامية علاقة بتعاطي المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية لدى الشباب في الاحياء السكنية الجديدة؟ وللإجابة على هذه الأسئلة فقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لأنه الأنسب لهذه الدراسة بغرض وصف الظاهرة وتحليلها، كما تم اختيار العينة العشوائية القصدية والتي تتمثل في 08 أفراد من الضحايا الذين تعرضوا للسرقة. وقد تم تطبيق تقنية الاستمارة مع تقنية المقابلة الموجهة كأداتين رئيسيتين إلى جانب الملاحظة والسجلات والوثائق المتحصل عليها من طرف مصلحة الامن لولاية المدية، ومن ثم تحليل ومناقشة البيانات المتحصل عليها. وفي الأخير فقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من بينها:  ان الاختلافات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية على مستوى الاحياء الجديدة دور في تشكل عصابات إجرامية في الاحياء  أن جريمة سرقة السيارات تقع قبيل صلاة الفجر أكثر من الأوقات الأخرى.  ان لغياب الامن والحراسة في الاحياء السكنية خاصة دور في سرقة السيارات من طرف العصابات الاجرامية.  ان أغلب الضحايا ممن تعرضوا للسرقة علاقاتهم الاجتماعية محدودة داخل الاحياء، ولاتربطهم علاقات قرابية مع ساكنة الحي مما يسهل عليهم ترصدهم واختيارهم لضحايا السيارات.

Abstract: This study, titled "Car theft and its relationship to gang crime in new residential neighborhoods," aims to shed light on the most important reasons for criminal gangs in new residential neighborhoods to carry out various criminal behaviors, including car theft, as the latter is considered one of the most complex crimes that have escalated strongly in recent times. This study started from a main question: Is car theft related to gang crime in new residential neighborhoods? Sub-questions that emerged from it were:  Is car theft by criminal gangs related to the spread of youth unemployment in new residential neighborhoods?  Is theft of cars by criminal gangs related to drug abuse and psychotropic substances among young people in new residential neighborhoods? In order to answer these questions, the analytical descriptive approach was relied upon because it is most appropriate for this study in order to describe and analyze the phenomenon, and the intentional random sample was chosen, which is 08 individuals from the victims who were subjected to theft. The questionnaire technique was applied with the guided interview technique as two main tools, in addition to the observation, records and documents obtained by the Security Service of the wilaya of Medea, and then the analysis and discussion of the data obtained. Finally, this study concluded a number of results, including:  The social and economic differences at the level of the new neighborhoods played a role in the formation of criminal gangs in the neighborhoods  The crime of car theft occurs before Fajr prayer more than at other times.  The absence of security and guarding in residential neighborhoods, especially, has a role in car thefts by criminal gangs.  Most of the victims who were robbed have limited social relations within the neighborhoods, and do not have kinship relations with the residents of the neighborhood, which makes it easier for them to monitor and choose them for car victims
