Abstract

The time component is the first thing we ask on the Day of Resurrection. Our goal is to determine the role of time management in the performance of employees, We studied at the Faculty of Economic Sciences, Experimental Sciences and Management Sciences at the University of Medea. The results were used to analyze the results and test the hypotheses by using a questionnaire and analyzing it using the SPSS program, The results were reached, including the following:  Timing and closing tasks on the agenda contributes to better time management, thus avoiding loss of time;  Direct successful time management. The study concluded with a number of recommendations, the most important of which are:  To emphasize the importance of time as a scarce, valuable and expensive resource as the main challenge facing any administration,  to raise awareness of the concept of time management to become part of the organizational culture.
