تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى خلق فكرة حول الاستراتيجية و و الإجرائية المكرسة ، وفقا للقوانين الداخلية و الدولية الموضوعة لمحاربةالفساد و الوقاية منه وتعقب عملية الاسترداد منذ ، و ذلك من خلال رسم تصور عام عن هذهالآليات ، ومعرفة المؤسساتالوطنية والدولية المكرسة لهذه المهام ، مع دراسة مختلف الاساليب التي تبنتها التشريعات ، و تقييم مدى فعاليتها في تنفيذ الاهداف المسطرة لها من خلال دراسة النتائج المحققة في الميدان على الصعيدين الوطني و الدولي . الكلمات المفتاحية: الآليات القانونية، الاساليب، إكتشاف العائدات وإرجاعها. Cette étude vise à créer une idée sur la stratégie et les mécanismes juridiques et procéduraux dédiés, conformément aux lois internes et internationales établies pour lutter contre la corruption et la prévenir, et à suivre le processus de recouvrement depuis la découverte des produits jusqu'à leur restitution. , en dressant un tableau général de ces mécanismes, et en connaissant les institutions nationales et les organisations internationales dédiées à ces tâches, en étudiant les différentes méthodes adoptées par la législation et en évaluant le degré de leur efficacité dans la mise en œuvre des objectifs qui leur sont fixés par l'étude des résultats. réalisés sur le terrain aux niveaux national et international.
