It also explores the extent to which the Algerian legislator has kept pace with technological developments through the analysis of regulatory legal texts and a comparison with international and comparative legislation. The thesis aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the current legal framework in achieving security and trust in electronic transactions, and to propose ways to develop it to face practical and technical challenges. Accordingly, the following research question is posed: To what extent has the Algerian legislator succeeded in establishing an integrated and effective legal framework to regulate electronic evidence, thereby ensuring its legal admissibility and achieving security and trust in digital transactions? Keywords: Electronic Evidence, Electronic Writing, Electronic Signature, Legal Admissibility, Electronic Document.
