تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح الجباية ودورها في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر، والتي من خلالها تم التعرف على الجباية البيئية والتنمية المستدامة من خلال التطرق إلى إطارهما النظري والقانوني، وإبراز أبعادها والتعرف على مدى مساهمة الهيكل الجبائي البيئي الجزائري في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، كما إعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها أن الجباية البيئية تعتبر أداة مساعدة على تحقيق التنمية المستدامة من خلال ضبط هذا العامل والتحكم فيه، وذلك بتطبيق الآليات والمبادئ والتشريعات القانونية المنصوص عليها لحماية البيئة ، والحد من أشكال التلوث التي تواجهها. الكلمات المفتاحية: الجباية، الجبائية البيئية، التنمية المستدامة، الجزائر.
