Abstract

The scope of responsibility extended to include multiple parties, and human resources are considered one of the most important beneficiary parties to whom the organization must perform its social responsibilities, and the responsible commitment to the human resource is a necessity in order to improve overall performance in general. To achieve the objectives of this study, 30 questionnaires were distributed to the employees of the institution under study, and 20 questionnaires were valid for statistical analysis. After processing the data, the study reached a set of outputs, the most important of which is the presence of a high level of social responsibility practice and human resource in the institution under study.
