Abstract

This research at hand employed a mixed-method approach, via using an online questionnaire and conducting classroom observations, in order to investigate the impact of Gardner's Bodily-Kinesthetic intelligence on learning outcomes in EFL classes. Thirteen teachers participated in the survey, yet, observations were conducted with a 4th and 5th-grade classroom at Al-Maahad School in Medea. The study aimed to answer the research question: "To what extent can Gardner's Bodily-Kinesthetic intelligence yield better learning outcomes in EFL classes?" The findings showed that teachers had a high level of familiarization with tactile learning and kinesthetic intelligence. The students' tactile learning style and kinesthetic intelligence were demonstrated in the classroom. On the basis of these findings, recommendations involve incorporating kinesthetic and tactile activities in EFL instruction and giving teachers an opportunity for professional development. The long-term consequences of these tactics in various EFL contexts could be investigated in further study.
