تعد الحرية الشخصية من أقدس الحقوق التي يتمتع بها الإنسان، والتي تأتي امتدادا وتجسيد للحق في الحياة، يدافع عنها بكل ما يملك، حيث سجل التاريخ الإنساني أن انتفاضات الشعوب وثوراتها ضد استبداد الحكام وتسلطهم كانت الحرية مطلبها وغايتها وباعث نهضتها من بعد استردادها، لذا فقد عمل رجال القانون على إيجاد منظومة قانونية توفر ضمانات حقيقية وفعالة للحرية، باعتبار أن الإنسان غاية كل تنظيم، وما وجدت الدول والحكومات إلا لكي تكفل له أفضل السبل لمعيشته، ولا يتحقق ذلك إلا بتوفير تلك الحريات، تحت كفالة منظومة قانونية ودستورية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحرية الشخصية،للحق في الحياة،الحرية، قانونية ودستورية. Summary: Personalfreedomis one of the mostsacredrightsenjoyed by man, whichis an extension and embodiment of the right to life, whichhedefendswitheverythingheowns, as humanhistory has recordedthat the uprisings and revolutions of peoples against the tyranny and domination of rulershadfreedom as theirdemand, goal and the motive for their renaissance afteritsrecovery. Therefore, men of law have worked to create a legal system thatprovides real and effective guarantees for freedom, consideringthat man is the goal of everyorganization, and countries and governmentsexistonly to guaranteehim the best means of living, and thiscanonlybeachieved by providingthesefreedoms, under the guarantee of a legal and constitutional system. Résumé: La liberté personnelle est considérée comme l'un des droits les plus sacrés dont jouit une personne, et elle constitue une extension et une incarnation du droit à la vie. Elle la défend avec tout ce qu'elle possède, comme l'histoire de l'humanité l'a enregistré au cours des soulèvements et des révolutions des peuples contre la vie. La tyrannie et la tyrannie des dirigeants étaient leur exigence, leur objectif et le motif de leur renaissance après leur rétablissement, c'est pourquoi les juristes ont travaillé pour créer un système juridique qui offre des garanties réelles et efficaces de liberté, considérant que l'être humain est le but de chaque organisation, ainsi que les ?tats et les gouvernements, n'existent que pour lui garantir les meilleurs moyens de subsistance, et cela ne peut être réalisé qu'en lui garantissant ces libertés, sous la garantie d'un système juridique et constitutionnel.
