الضغوط النفسية وعلاقتها بأساليب المعاملة لدى أمهات أطفال متلازمة داون

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الضغوط النفسية وأساليب معاملة لدى أمهات متلازمة داون حيث قمنا بإجراء هذه دراسة بمركز النفسي البيداغوجي للأطفال المعوقين ذهنيا بالمدية الشهيدة ولد خاوة فطيمة، حيث بلغ عدد العينة (30)أما للأطفال مصابين متلازمة داون اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي و"مقياس الضغوط النفسية" لجبالي صباح و"الذي يقيس الأبعاد التالية (الأعراض العضوية، الانفعالية ،المادية، مشكلات الوظائف الاستقلالية، المشكلات الصحية، الاجتماعية، مشكلات الخوف من المستقبل )مقياس أساليب المعاملة من إعداد الباحث محمد علي اليازوري الذي يقيس (الأسلوب العقابي، أسلوب الحرمان العاطفي، أسلوب الإرشاد والتوجيه). وتوصلت النتائج إلى ما يلي: -وجود علاقة بين الضغط النفسي وأساليب معاملة الوالدية لدى أمهات متلازمة داون. -لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجات الضغط النفسي لدى أمهات أطفال متلازمة داون تبعا لمتغير جنس الابن . - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجات الضغط النفسي لدى امهات أطفال متلازمة داون تبعا لمتغير درجة الاعاقة . - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في اساليب المعاملة لدى أمهات متلازمة داون تبعا لمتغير جنس الطفل المصاب . - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اساليب معاملة لدى امهات متلازمة داون تبعا لمتغير درجة الاعاقة .

The study aimed to reveal the relationship between psychological pressures and treatment methods among mothers of Down Syndrome. We conducted this study at the Psycho-Pedagogical Center for Mentally Disabled Children in the city of Chahida Ould Khawa Ftaima where the sample number was (30). As for children with Down Syndrome, we adopted the descriptive approach and the “Scale.” “Psychological pressures” by Jabali Sabah, which measures the following dimensions (organic, emotional, and material symptoms, problems with independent functions, health and social problems, and problems with fear of the future) Treatment methods scale prepared by researcher Muhammad Ali Al-Yazouri, which measures (punitive method, deprivation method Emotional, counseling and direction style). The results reached the following: There is a relationship between psychological stress and parental treatment styles among mothers of Down syndrome There are no statistically significant differences in the psychological stress scores of mothers of children with Down syndrome depending on the variable of the son’s gender There are statistically significant differences in the degrees of psychological stress among mothers of children with Down syndrome depending on the variable degree of disability There are no statistically significant differences in the treatment methods of mothers with Down syndrome depending on the gender of the affected child There are no statistically significant differences in the treatment methods of mothers with Down syndrome depending on the variable degree of disability.
