| dc.description | عرف المجتمع المدني تطورا كبيرا منذ ظهوره إلى توظيفه المعاصر و ذلك في مجالات محددة من بينها نجد في مجال حقوق الإنسان حيث أصبح يظهران بشكل ملازم و مرتبط و تعتبر الجزائر من بين الدول السابقة في تبني المجتمع المدني من خلال التنظيمات و الجمعيات خاصة من خلال التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020 الذي أعطى أهمية للمجتمع المدني الأمر الذي ساعده على الحفاظ على حقوق الإنسان من خلال مؤسساته التي تتبع مختلف الأنشطة و الآليات للقيام بدورها في هذا المجال La société civile a connu un grand développement depuis son émergence jusqu'à son emploi contemporain, dans des domaines spécifiques, parmi lesquels celui des droits de l'homme, où ils se sont manifestés de manière inhérente et liée. L'Algérie est considérée comme l'un des premiers pays à avoir adopté la société civile à travers les organisations et associations, notamment à travers l'amendement constitutionnel de 2020, qui a accordé de l'importance à la société civile, ce qui l'a aidée à préserver les droits de l'homme à travers ses institutions qui suivent diverses activités et mécanismes pour jouer son rôle dans ce champ Civil society has witnessed great development from its emergence to its contemporary employment, in specific areas, among which we find in the field of human rights, where they have become apparent in an inherent and linked manner. Algeria is considered among the first countries to adopt civil society through organizations and associations, especially through the 2020 constitutional amendment, which gave importance to civil society, which helped it preserve human rights through its institutions that follow various activities and mechanisms to play its role in this field. | |
