Abstract

The aim of this study is to know the role that artificial intelligence contributes to inactivating electronic business, by addressing the concept of artificial intelligence and then electronic business and its importance in the Algiers postal corporation in Medea. The most important results that were extracted from this study are that artificial intelligence can help solve the intractable problems and at a lower cost, and that artificial intelligence systems help reduce errors committed during the implementation of business on the Algeria post in Medea
