Abstract

This study aims to know the extent to which knowledge management contributes to promoting the culture of creativity among the university professor. 50 professors in order to collect the necessary information for the study and analyze it. In the end, we obtained a total of 45 valid forms for study. After collecting and processing the information using the SPSS program, we reached a set of results, the most important of which is the University of Medea relies on knowledge management processes in its administrative practices, and there is an acceptable level of creativity culture among the study sample, as well as there is a statistically significant correlation between knowledge management processes and the culture of creativity each of the distribution of knowledge And the application of knowledge, while there is no relationship between knowledge generation, knowledge storage and the culture of creativity, according to the viewpoint of the study sample.
