قلق الموت لدى المقبلين على العمليات جراحية عند المرضى المصابين بالسرطان

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: _ هدفت دراستنا إلى التعرف على بمختلف أنواعه بدائرة المدية، وقد شملت الدراسة على ستة (6) حالات، (2) حالتين مصابات بسرطان الثدي، و(1) حالة بسرطان الدماغ،(1) حالة مصاب بسرطان الكبد، و(1) حالة مصاب بسرطان الحوض، وقد قمنا بتطبيق مقياس قلق الموت "لدونالد تمبلر"بعدما تم التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية للكشف عن أهم المشاكل النفسية التي تعاني منها هذه الفئة والمتعلقة بالمتغيرات التي ذكرناها، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة مايلي: - يعاني المرضى المقبلين على العمليات الجراحية المصابين بالسرطان من قلق الموت. - لا يوجد اختلاف في مستوى قلق الموت لدى المقبلين على عمليات جراحية عند مرضى السرطان حسب متغير الجنس. - لا يوجد اختلاف في مستوى قلق الموت لدى المقبلين على عمليات جراحية عند مرضى السرطان حسب نوع السرطان. - لا يوجد اختلاف في مستوى قلق الموت لدى المقبلين على عمليات جراحية عند مرضى السرطان حسب المستوى الدراسي. Abstract : _Our study aimed to understand the death anxiety among cancer patients undergoing surgical procedures in various types of cancer within the Médéarégion. The study included six cases, two of which were breast cancer cases, one brain cancer case, one liver cancer case, and one pelvic cancer case. We applied the "Donald timbler" after verifying the psychometric properties to detect the significant psychological problems experienced by this group related to the mentioned variables. The study results showed the following: There is death anxiety among cancer patients preparing for surgical procedures. There is no difference in the level of death anxiety among cancer patients preparing for surgical procedures based on gender. There is no difference in the level of death anxiety among cancer patients preparing for surgical procedures based on the type of cancer.
