الممارسة الإعلامية بين الضوابط القانونية والأخلاقية في الجزائر

Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع الممارسة الإعلامية بين الضوابط القانونية والأخلاقية في الجزائر-دراسة استطلاعية على عينة من صحفيي القنوات الفضائية الجزائرية الخاصة- والممتدة من فترة 23 ماي 2022 إلى غاية 24 أفريل 2023، حيث سعت هذه الدراسة بشكل عام إلى البحث والغوص عن مدى امتثال صحفيي القنوات الفضائية الجزائرية الخاصة للضوابط القانونية والقواعد الأخلاقية المنصوص عليها في التشريعات الإعلامية والمعمول بها حاليا، كما حاولت أيضا هذه الدراسة الكشف عن مظاهر عدم الالتزام والتقيد بهذه الضوابط والقواعد والتي حددناها في التجاوزات الإعلامية والانتهاكات الأخلاقية التي باتت تصدر من قِبلها مرارا وتكرارا، خاصة في ظل الإنذارات والتحذيرات المتكررة الموجهة لها من قبل سلطة ضبط السمعي البصري،كما ارتأينا أيضا إلى رصد أهم الأسباب التي تحيل صحافييها لارتكابها والوقوع فيها،وما مدى تأثير هذه التجاوزات الإعلامية والانتهاكات الأخلاقية على قيم وعادات المجتمع This studydealtwith the topic of media practice betweenlegal and ethicalcontrols in Algeria - an exploratorystudy on a sample of journalists of private Algerian satellite channels - whichextendedfrom May 23, 2022 to April 24, 2023, wherethisstudysought in general to research and dive into the extent to whichjournalists of private Algerian satellite channelscomplywith the legalcontrols and ethicalrulesstipulated in the media legislation and currently in force, and thisstudyalsotried to reveal the manifestations of non-compliance and adherence to thesecontrols And the rulesthatwe have defined in the media abuses and moral violations that are issued by itrepeatedly, especially in light of the repeated warnings and warnings by the audiovisualregulatoryauthority, while monitoring the most important reasonsthatreferitsjournalists to committingthem, and the extent of their impact on the values and customs of society.
