Résumé: الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو التطرق لكيفية تأثير رئيس الجمهورية على البرلمان في ظل التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020 . و ذلك بكشف أهم الوسائل و الآليات التي أتاحها هذا الأخير لرئيس الجمهورية للتأثير في عمل البرلمان . حققت الدراسة إلى أن التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020 أعطى لرئيس الجمهورية عدة آليات ووسائل يؤثر بها على البرلمان،و ذلك من خلال تدخل في المجال التشريعي للبرلمان، كإصدار القوانين ونشرها، وممارسة سلطته التنظيمية بموجب المراسيم الرئاسية، و الاعتراض على القوانين، والتشريع بأوامر، و تعديل الدستور، و الاستفتاء ، كما يتدخل رئيس الجمهورية في تسيير أعمال البرلمان من خلال دعوته للانعقاد في دورات غير عادية و توجيه خطابا له، و الحق في حل المجلس الشعبي الوطني ، وتعيين بعض أعضاء مجلس الأمة . الكلمات المفتاحية : رئيس الجمهورية ، البرلمان ، التعديل الدستوري ، الجزائر . Abstract: The study aims to broach how the president of the republic influences parliament, in the light of 2020 constitutional amendment, through the revealing of the most important impact mechanisms and tools which parliament gives it to him . The study concluded that the 2020 constitutional amendment provided the president of the republic with several mechanisms by which he affects parliament, like interfering in the legislative field of Parliament, such as issuing and publishing laws, exercising his regulatory authority under presidential decrees, vetoing laws, legislating by orders in cases of vacancy or parliamentary holidays, amending the constitution, and referendum. In addition to interfering in the conduct of the rest of parliaments work such as calling for extraordinary sessions, Addressing letter to him, The right to dissolve people's National Assembly, and appoint some members of the council of the Nation.
