| dc.description | البيئة على قدر أهميتها البالغة لعيش جميع الكائنات الحية على وجه الأرض إلا أنها تبقى الأكثر عرضة للتخريب و الإهمال خاصة من قبل الإنسان تلبية لجشعه طموحاته المتزايدة في السيطرة على الطبيعة و تملّكها،الأمر الذي أدى بالمشرع الجزائري على غرار باقي التشريعات الدولية الأخرى إلى جعل حماية المحيط البيئي من مختلف التجاوزات ضمن أولوياته الواجب الاهتمام بها وتنظيمها في إطار التنمية المستدامة وذلك بإقراره ترسانة من القوانين و النصوص التشريعية إضافة الى المراسيم التنفيذية و التنظيمية الهادفة إلى مكافحة جميع أنواع التّعدي على البيئة أهمها قانون حماية البيئة في إطار التنمية المستدامة 03-10 لسنة 2003 و الذي جاء تماشيا مع ما جاءت به مختلف المعاهدات والاتفاقيات الدولية لمحاربة الجريمة البيئية خاصة منها الصادرة عن المنشآت المصنّفة الصناعية و التجارية و المنجمية . الكلمات المفتاحية:البيئة، التشريعات الدولية، التنمية المستدامة. Summary: The environment, as important as it is for the living of all living creatures on the face of the Earth, remains the most vulnerable to destruction and neglect, especially by man, in response to his greed and his growing ambitions to control and possess nature, which led the Algerian legislator, like other international legislation, to make... Protecting the environmental environment from various violations is among its priorities that must be taken care of and regulated within the framework of sustainable development, by approving an arsenal of laws and legislative texts in addition to executive and regulatory decrees aimed at combating all types of infringement on the environment, the most important of which is the Environmental Protection Law within the framework of sustainable development 03- 10 of 2003, which came in line with the provisions of various international treaties and agreements to combat environmental crime, especially those issued by establishments classified as industrial, commercial, and mining.
