| dc.description | لتأمين الفلاحي تصرف قانوني ينشأ بين الفلاح و مؤسسة التأمين على شكل عقد اذعان محله الخطر حيث أن مؤسسة التامين (المؤمن ) تؤدي التزامها عن طريق دفع مبلغ التعويض للفلاح (المؤمن له ) مقابل قسط يدفعه هذا الأخير و يعتبر الصندوق الجهوي للتعاون الفلاحي أحد المؤسسات في تقديم خدمة التأمين على المنتجات الحيوانية و النباتية و اللآت الفلاحية وفق مجموعة من الاجراءات الخاصة التي تتم على مستوى الصندوق الكلمات المفتاحية : التأمين الفلاحي ، الخطر ، التعويض ، الصندوق الجهوي للتعاون الفلاحي . Summary Agricultural insurance is a legal transaction established between the farmer and the insurance company in the form of an adhesion contract, with risk as its subject matter. The insurance company (the insurer) fulfills its obligation by paying compensation to the farmer (the insured) in exchange for a premium paid by the latter. The Regional Agricultural Cooperation Fund is one of the institutions providing insurance services for animal and plant products, as well as agricultural machinery, according to a set of specific procedures carried out at the fund. Résumé L'assurance agricole est une transaction légale établie entre l'agriculteur et la compagnie d'assurance sous la forme d'un contrat d'adhésion, avec le risque comme objet. La compagnie d'assurance (l'assureur) remplit son obligation en versant une indemnité à l'agriculteur (l'assuré) en échange d'une prime payée par ce dernier. Le Fonds Régional de Coopération Agricole est l'une des institutions offrant des services d'assurance pour les produits animaux et végétaux ainsi que pour les machines agricoles, selon un ensemble de procédures spécifiques effectuées au niveau du fonds.
