Abstract

ملخص الدراسة : تهدف هذه الدراسة التي قمنا بها إلى تسليط الضوء على أثر تحول الجزائر نحو اقتصاد السوق على الاستقرار الوظيفي للعامل، حيث يعتبر الإستقرار الوظيفي للعامل في المؤسسة من أهم العوامل المؤثرة في الإنتاج ، وعليه قمنا بإجراء دراسة ميدانية لعمال مؤسسة الجزائرية للمياه فرع شلالة العذاورة ولاية المدية، أخذنا مجتمع الدراسة والذي يضم 62 فرد ،حيث إعتمد الطالبان على منهج الوصفي قصد الإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة والتأكد من صحة الفرضيات، وذلك بإعداد إستمارة شملت العينة المختارة من الأفراد وكان عددها 31 ، استرجعت كاملة دون إقصاء وقمنا بإفراغ البيانات في برنامج spss بغية تحليلها وتفسيرها إحصائيا وسوسيولوجيا، ومن خلال النتائج المتحصل عليها تبين لنا تأثير تحول الجزائر نحو اقتصاد السوق على الاستقرار الوظيفي للعامل.

Study summary: This study, which we have done, aims to shed light on the impact of Algeria's transition towards a market economy on the job stability of the worker, as the job stability of the worker in the institution is considered one of the most important factors affecting production, and accordingly we conducted a field study for the workers of the Algerian Water Corporation, the branch of Shallet El-Athoura, the state of Medea, We took the study population, which includes 31 individuals, where the two students relied on the descriptive approach in order to answer the problem at hand and verify the validity of the hypotheses, by preparing a form that included the selected sample of individuals, whose number was 31, retrieved completely without exclusion, and we emptied the data into the spss program in order to analyze and interpret it statistically And sociologically, and through the results obtained, we show the impact of Algeria's transition towards a market economy on the job stability of the worker.
