Abstract

This study aimed to identify work pressures and their impact on job satisfaction in the real estate governorate located in Al-Barouaghiah, Medea state, and to achieve the objectives of this study and test its hypotheses, a questionnaire was designed and sent to the employees of the establishment under study, and after distribution of the forms, 40 of them were collected. We also relied on the method of descriptive and inferential statistical analysis to describe and analyze the data of the study, and to test its hypotheses using the programs (SPSS) and (Excel). The results indicated that there is a statistically significant effect of the impact of work stress on employee job satisfaction at the level of statistical significance of 0.05.
