المناعة والمرونة النفسية لدى مرضى السكري

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة العلاقة بين متغيري المناعة والمرونة النفسية لدى مرضى السكري والكشف عن العلاقة بين المناعة النفسية وابعاد المرونة النفسية (البعد الانفعالي، البعد العقلي، البعد الاجتماعي)، والوقوف على الأسباب السيكوسوماتية المؤدية إلى الإصابة بالمرض السكري، وطبقت الدراسة في "المركز المرجعي لمرضى السكري" لدى عينة قوامها من (80) مصابا بمرض السكري عند كلا الجنسين (40 ذكور، 40 إناث) من مستويات عمرية يتراوح متوسط السن افراد العينة من "8 سنوات إلى 68 سنة"، وتما اختيار بطريقة قصدية، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي، ولتحقيق ذلك تم الاستعانة بمقياسيين على عينة البحث، مقياس "المناعة النفسية" لرحمة تسير العمري، ومقياس "المرونة النفسية" للباحث يحي عمر شعبان شقورة.

The current study aimed to investigate the relationship between immune system variables and psychological resilience in diabetic patients. It also attempted to explore the relationship between psychological resilience and the dimensions of psychological resilience (emotional dimension, cognitive dimension ,and social dimension).It is also worth pointing out that this study strives to identify the psychosomatic causes leading to diabetes. The study at hand was conducted at the Diabetes Reference Center on a sample of 80 diabetic patients (40 males and 40 females) with an age range of 8 to 68 years. The sample was selected purposively using the descriptive method. To achieve this, two measures were used on the research sample: the Psychological Immunity Scale by Rahma Taseer Al-Omari and the "Psychological Resilience" Scale by researcher Yahya Omar Shaaban Shuqora.
