Abstract

This study aimed at revealing the effect of leadership in activating the performance of the two operations and diagnosing the actual reality of the phenomenon of leadership and its relation to performance in the Sonlagaz Institution in Madiya, where the study was subjected to various trends and theoretical approaches that dealt with leadership as an organizational variable related to other variables.
