Abstract

الملخص : الدراسة التي أجريناها تسلط الضوء على سوسيولوجيا عمل المرأة في قطاع التربية ، كما تركز الدراسة على الاثار الاجتماعية المترتبة عن عمل المرأة في قطاع التربية ، وتتمثل بعض الأسئلة التي وجهت لهذه الدراسة فما يلي : 1. ماهي العوامل المحددة للتوافق المهني لدى المرأة العاملة في قطاع التعليم ؟ 2. هل يحدد المحيط الاجتماعي موقف المرأة من العمل في قطاع التعليم ؟، لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي، حيث تم توزيع استمارات الكترونية تهدف هذه الاستماراة إلى جمع المعلومات والبيانات اللازمة لتحديد مدى التوافق المهني للمرأة العاملة في قطاع التعليم وموقفها من مهنة التعليم . The study we conducted sheds light on the sociology of women’s work in the education sector. The study also focuses on the social effects resulting from women’s work in the education sector. Some of the questions that were directed to this study are the following: 1. What are the factors determining professional compatibility among women working in the education sector? 2. Does the social environment determine women’s position on working in the education sector? To achieve the objectives of the study, we used the descriptive approach, where electronic forms were distributed. This form aims to collect the information and data necessary to determine the extent of professional compatibility of women working in the education sector and their position on the teaching profession.
