Abstract

This research aims to identify the role of control in improving the quality of the product at the level of Qasr al-Bukhari mills in the state of Medea, and to provide suggestions that contribute to improving the quality of the product in this institution. The opinions of the study sample consisting of 80 employees and workers, where the collected data were analyzed by the spss statistical program, and at the end of the research we reached a set of results, most notably: 1.Control can be defined as an administrative function centered on comparing what has been achieved with what has been previously planned. Among the most important types is financial and administrative control. 2.The product comes in the form of each commodity, service or idea, as the quality of the product means its ability to meet the various explicit and implicit needs of customers. 3.Control contributes as an integrated system in which most of the administrative efforts are combined in order to reach a product of high quality through pre and post control. 4.Control over products allows the detection of various types of errors and deviations in the product, which contributes to correcting, correcting and modifying them as much as possible, and this proves the validity of the first hypothesis. 5.The quality of the products is not limited to knowing the ability of the products to meet the explicit needs of a customer, but rather goes beyond them to meet the unexpected implicit needs of the customer to the extent that makes him surprised, and this proves the validity of the second hypothesis. 6.The Qasr Al-Bukhari Mills Corporation is always keen to have access to products (frina wheat). High quality thanks to the effectiveness of the control system to collect the accompanying stages of the process of conversion and storage Based on the results, we concluded from the study a set of suggestions, the most important of which are: Developing the control system, as the institution must strengthen its control system and develop it continuously. This includes the use of advanced techniques in quality monitoring and verification processes, and the adoption of key performance indicators to measure the quality of products. The need to follow the training and development strategy by providing training programs for the organization's employees on the importance of control and its effective methods. The training helps raise awareness of best practices and improve the technical skills of those working in the field of oversight. The need to pay more attention to information technology through the use of information technology to enhance control processes and improve product quality. Integrated quality management systems, process follow-up and data analysis can be adopted to detect defects and take necessary measures. An interest in cooperation and communication, which should be strengthened among all departments and branches of the institution, to ensure the implementation of best practices in control processes. Periodic meetings and workshops can be held to discuss issues of quality and performance improvement.
