Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of traninge in imporiving the preformance of employees in the institution,as the applied aspect was at the level of the general directorate of forest in Medea. In this study , we relied on the descriptive analytical approach in collecting data and relateded to the phenommenonun under study,and to achieve this goal we used the questionnaire as tool for the study and the questionnaire was distributed within the institution to a sampl of 46 workers, and we relied in analyzing the spss programs, the excel spreadsheet program, and to test the hypotheses we used the arithmetic average, the standard deviation, the one way analysis methodes were also used. The correlation to prove the existence of relationship between the variables of the study .and in the end.the study concluded , finally the study concluded thet traininge aimes to remove weaknesses and shortcomings in the perfomance of employees and helps to improve discipline and behavior to a large degree, as it represents the main pillar in developing and rationalizing the performance of the workforce.
