دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في حماية البيئة

Abstract

ملخص تستعرض المذكرة الدور المزدوج للذكاء الاصطناعي في حماية البيئة، كأداة فعالة للرصد والتنبؤ. وفي المقابل، تسلط الضوء على تحدياته الخطيرة مثل استهلاك الطاقة الهائل والنفايات الإلكترونية. يحلل البحث العلاقة التكاملية بين مبادئ القانون البيئي وأخلاقيات الذكاء الاصطناعي. ويخلص إلى أن الاستفادة من هذه التقنية مرهونة بوجود أطر تشريعية تضمن الاستخدام المسؤول. لذا، توصي الدراسة بتبني سياسات تدعم "الذكاء الاصطناعي الأخضر" لتحقيق التوازن المنشود. الكلمات المفتاحية: الذكاء الاصطناعي، حماية البيئة، القانون البيئي، التنمية المستدامة، التكنولوجيا الخضراء.

Abstract This thesis reviews the dual role of Artificial Intelligence in environmental protection, as an effective tool for monitoring and prediction. Conversely, it highlights its serious challenges, such as massive energy consumption and electronic waste. The research analyzes the integrative relationship between the principles of environmental law and AI ethics. It concludes that benefiting from this technology is contingent upon legislative frameworks ensuring responsible use. Therefore, the study recommends adopting policies that support "Green AI" to achieve the desired balance. Résumé Ce mémoire examine le double rôle de l'Intelligence Artificielle dans la protection de l'environnement, en tant qu'outil efficace de surveillance et de prédiction. En contrepartie, il met en lumière ses défis majeurs, tels que la consommation massive d'énergie et les déchets électroniques. La recherche analyse la relation intégrative entre les principes du droit de l'environnement et l'éthique de l'IA. Elle conclut que l'exploitation de cette technologie dépend de cadres législatifs garantissant une utilisation responsable. Par conséquent, l'étude recommande l'adoption de politiques soutenant "l'IA verte" pour atteindre l'équilibre souhaité.
