Abstract

This study aims to highlight the effect of administrative empowerment on improving the performance of individuals in the electricity and gas distribution organization Sonalgaz Medea, through five dimensions of administrative empowerment and three dimensions of functional performance. In order to achieve the objective of the study, we formulated a questionnaire and after it was judged by specialized professors from the college, we distributed it to a random sample of the employees of the institution. 80 questionnaires were distributed and 70 of them were recovered. 60 of them are valid for study.
