إن البحث العلمي دعامة أساسية لتحقيق التنمية الشاملة والمستدامة كما يعد وسيلة علمية تهدف إلى ازدهار الشعوب وهو من أهم مؤشرات تقدم الدول لاسيما إذا ساهمت الدولة في دعمه ومنحه مجال واسع من الحريات لذلك خصص المشرع الجزائري جملة من القوانين والتشريعات تحث وتشجع على حرية البحث لما له دور فعال لبناء سيادتها ومجابهة الدول المتقدمة وكذا زيادة الإنتاج الفكري والثروة المعرفية. الكلمات المفتاحية: البحث العلمي، الحريات، القوانين والتشريعات. Abstract: Scientific research is a mainstay to achieve comprehensive and sustainable development, and it is also a scientific means aimed at the prosperity of peoples, and it is one of the most important indicators of the progress of countries, especially if the state contributes to supporting it and giving it a wide field of freedoms, so the Algerian legislator has allocated a number of laws and legislations urging and encouraging freedom of research, because it has an effective role to build its sovereignty and confront developed countries, as well as increasing intellectual production and knowledge wealth. Keywords: scientific research, freedoms, laws and legislation Résumé : La recherche scientifique est un pilier pour parvenir à un développement global et durable, et c'est aussi un moyen scientifique visant la prospérité des peuples, et c'est l'un des indicateurs les plus importants du progrès des pays, surtout si l'?tat contribue à le soutenir et à lui donner un large champ de libertés, de sorte que le législateur algérien a alloué un certain nombre de lois et de législations exhortant et encourageant la liberté de recherche, car elle a un rôle efficace pour construire sa souveraineté et affronter les pays développés, ainsi que pour accroître la production intellectuelle et la richesse des connaissances.
