Abstract

ملخص الدراسة : تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة دور موقع الفيس بوك في تحسين الصورة الذهنية للجلمعة، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و المنهج المسحي وطبقت على 50 عينة منهم طلبة و مواطنين بصفة عامة ، واعتمدت على أداة الاستمارة التي تكونت من أربعة محاور وبعد المعالجة الاحصائية لبيانات الدراسة توصلت الدراسة الى أن : ان موقع الفيس بوك يلعب دورا مهما في تحسين الصورة الذهنية من خلال خدمات التي تقدمها الجامعة عبره ، وتلخصت الدراسة في أن من أهم اسباب تمثلت من خلال تواصل الجامعة مع الطلبة و الاساتذة وان الاستراتيجيات التي تعتمد عليها الجامعة انها تعتمد على موقع الفيس بوك ، كما بينا الدراسة ان الاشباعات المحقق من دور الفيس بوك من تحسين الصورة الذهنية الجامعة تمثلت في أنه حقق لهم موقع الفيس بوك تحسين الخدمات للطلبة و الاساتذة والجامعة مما أعطى لها سمعة طيبة و احتلالها مكان مرموقة في انها تصدرت المراتب الاولى في تصنيف الجامعات ، كما سهل عليهم عملية الاطلاع ونشر ابدروس التي تحدث على موقع الفيس بوك، و ان الفيس بوك هو أكثر المواقع التي تحدث فيه مثل هذه الانشطة بشكل عالي جدا خاصة لدى الجامعة ، وذلك راجع الاستخدام الواسع للفيس بوك مما جعل له تأثير على تحسين صورة المؤسسة الجامعية .
