إنّ التوجه نحو العمارة الخضراء يحقّق بيئة صحية خالية من كل مظاهر التلوّث المختلفة ، تعتمد على أسس و خصائص تميّزها عن العمارة التقليدية العادية منها كفاءة استخدام الطاقة و الموارد ، و ذلك من خلال إتباع استراتجيات و طرق مؤكّدة للتنمية المستدامة . فالمباني الخضراء تعتبر كآلية لحماية البيئة و الحفاظ عليها تعمل على التقليل من استهلاك المواد و الحفاظ على الطاقة ، و بالتالي تساهم في تعزيز فكرة الحفاظ على الموجود لإيجاد حياة أفضل للأجيال القادمة . Summary : The trend towards green architecture achieves a healthyenvironment free of all various manifestations of pollution, based on foundations and characteristicsthatdistinguishitfromordinarytraditional architecture, including the efficient use of energy and resources, and thisisdone by followingprovenstrategies and methods for sustainabledevelopment. Green buildings are consideredamechanism for protecting and preserving the environmentthatworks to reduce the consumption of materials and conserve energy, and thuscontributes to enhancing the idea of preservingwhatexists to create a better life for future generations. Résumé : La tendance vers une architecture verte permet d'obtenir un environnement sain, exempt de toutes manifestations de pollution, basé sur des fondements et des caractéristiques qui la distinguent de l'architecture traditionnelle ordinaire, y compris l'utilisation efficace de l'énergie et des ressources, et cela en suivant des stratégies et des méthodes éprouvées pour le développement durable. Les bâtiments verts sont considérés comme un mécanisme de protection et de préservation de l'environnement qui vise à réduire la consommation de matériaux et à économiser l'énergie, et contribue ainsi à renforcer l'idée de préserver ce qui existe pour créer une vie meilleure pour les générations futures.
