Abstract

ملخص: تعد الرحلة مصدرا مهما لدراسة أحوال المجتمعات و تعرف على أوضاعهم الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية و العلمية ، و لعل من أبرز رحالة القرن الثامن عشر الذين اتخذوا من الرحلة وسيلة لتعرف على أحوال المجتعات هو الرحالة الفرنسي قسطنطين فرانسوا شاسبوف المعروف بفولني ، الذي أعطى صورة شاملة عن المجتمع المصري والشامي من خلال رحلته " رحلة إلى مصر و سوريا " و تعتبر هذه الرحلة مصدر من المصادر المهمة لكونه تحدث عن الأوضاع الاجتماعية التي هي موضوع دراستنا من خلال ما ذكره عن فئات المجتمع و أهم الأمراض و الأوبئة و الأوضاع العلمية و الاقتصادية التي كانت عليها كل من مصر و بلاد الشام أواخر القرن الثامن عشر و من خلال رحلته استطعنا التعرف على المجتمع بشكل دقيق وشامل.

Abstract: The trip is an important source for studying the conditions of societies and learning about their social, economic and scientific conditions . Perhaps one of the most prominent travelers of the eighteenth century who took the trip as a means to learn about the conditions of societies is the french traveler constantine françois chasbeuf know as volney, who gave a comprehensive picture of egyptian society and syria through his trip "journey to egypt and syria "and this trip is considered one of important sources because he talked about the social conditions that are the subject of our study through what he mentioned about the groups of society and the most important diseases and epidemics and epidemics and the scientific and economic conditions that both egypt and syria were in at the end of the century the eighteeth ,and through his journey we were able to get to know the society accurately and comprehensively .
