في ظل عدم وجود جهاز تنفيذي خاص بالمحكمة الجنائية الدولية الدائمة معني بممارسة عملية القاء القبض على المتهمين بارتكاب الجرائم التي تختص بها المحكمة وايداعهم لديها، فالمحكمة مضطرة للاعتماد وبشكل رئيس على تعاون الدول الأطراف وذلك لتتمكن من القيام بمهامها المنشودة على أكمل وجه.وقد لخصت الدراسة الى ضرورة حث الدول الأطراف بنظام روما الاساسي الى بذل المزيدمن التعاون مع المحكمة الجنائية الدولية في تنفيذ كافة الطلبات المقدمة اليها من المحكمة بكافة اشكال ومجالات التعاون والمساعدة القضائية المنبثقة من نظام المحكمة الاساسي. Abstract : In the absence of a specialexecutive body for the Permanent International Criminal Court concernedwithexercising the process of arrestingthoseaccused of committing crimes within the jurisdiction of the Court and placingthembeforeit, the Court isforced to relyprimarily on the cooperation of the States Parties in order to be able to carry out itsdesiredtasks to the fullestextent. The studysummarized the need to urge states parties to the Rome Statute to exertgreatercooperationwith the International Criminal Court in implementing all requestssubmitted to it by the Court in all forms and areas of cooperation and judicial assistance emanatingfrom the Court's Statute. Résumé En l'absence d'un organe exécutif spécial de la Cour pénale internationale permanente chargé de mettre en œuvre le processus d'arrestation des personnes accusées d'avoir commis des crimes relevant de la compétence de la Cour et de les déférer devant elle, la Cour est contrainte de s'appuyer principalement sur la coopération des ?tats parties afin de pouvoir mener à bien les tâches souhaitées dans toute la mesure possible. L'étude résume la nécessité d'exhorter les ?tats parties au Statut de Rome à coopérer davantage avec la Cour pénale internationale dans la mise en œuvre de toutes les demandes qui lui sont soumises par la Cour dans toutes les formes et dans tous les domaines de coopération et d'assistance judiciaire émanant du Statut de la Cour.
