استخدامات الطلبة لتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في الوسط الجامعي

Abstract

تشهد الأوساط الجامعية اليوم انتشارا واسعا لتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي بمختلف أنواعها ووظائفها، حيث أصبح الطلبة يعتمدون عليها في مختلف مجالاتهم العلمية وبطرق أكثر تفاعلية، لما توفره من إمكانيات تساعدهم على تسهيل وتبسيط العمليات التعلمية والبحثية. وانطلاقا من هذه الفكرة، عمدنا إلى دراسة تهدف إلى إبراز استخدامات الطلبة لتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في الوسط الجامعي من خلال دراسة ميدانية بجامعة يحى فارس بولاية المدية، مع تحليل أنماط هذه الاستخدامات واكتشاف العوامل النفسية والاجتماعية المؤثرة فيها. كما تسعى إلى تسليط الضوء على مهارات الطلبة في توظيف هذه الأدوات ومدى إسهامها في تعزيز قدراتهم الفكرية والنقدية. وقد تم ذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج المسحي، باستخدام أداتي الملاحظة والاستبيان لجمع البيانات من الميدان. وخلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج مفادها أن استخدامات الطلبة لتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي بمختلف مجالاتهم العلمية أصبحت أدوات محورية في حياتهم الجامعية من أجل تحسين وتعزيز تحصيلهم العلمي، ويحدث ذلك ضمن منظومة مركبة ومعقدة من الحاجات الأكاديمية والعوامل النفسية والاجتماعية التي تدفعهم إلى تبني هذه التطبيقات، بالإضافة إلى المهارات التقنية والمعرفية التي يمتلكونها، مما قد يعكس تحوّلا تدريجيا في ممارسات التعلّم نحو نمط تكنولوجي أكثر تكيفًا مع البيئة الجامعية المعاصرة. Today, university environments are witnessing a widespread expansion in the use of artificial intelligence applications of various types and functions, as students have come to rely on them in various academic fields in more interactive ways, due to the capabilities they offer in facilitating and simplifying learning and research processes. Based on this idea, we conducted a study aiming to highlight students’ uses of artificial intelligence applications in the university environment through a field study at Yahia Fares University in the Wilaya of Médéa, with an analysis of the patterns of these uses and the identification of the psychological and social factors influencing them. The study also seeks to shed light on the students’ skills in employing these tools and the extent to which they contribute to enhancing their intellectual and critical capacities. This was carried out using the survey method, relying on observation and questionnaire tools to collect field data. The study reached a set of findings, the most important of which is that students’ uses of artificial intelligence applications in various academic fields have become pivotal tools in their university life, aimed at improving and enhancing their academic achievement. This occurs within a complex system of academic needs and psychological and social factors that drive them to adopt these applications, in addition to the technical and cognitive skills they possess, which may reflect a gradual transformation in learning practices towards a more technologically adapted model in the contemporary university environment.
