Abstract

Our study is about knowing the role of the information system in the process of strategic diagnosis, as the environment in which institutions are active today is characterized by instability, which has complicated the various activities of the institutions, which should be the process of strategic diagnosis For the different variables of their internal and external environment in order to draw the strengths and weaknesses in the internal environment and opportunities and threats in the external environment. This diagnosis is not accurate unless there is an information system that clarifies the vision to the variables of the environment of institutions through its contribution to the provision of For Omat that the institution deserves to do during the process of strategic diagnosis. This study was conducted by Algeria Telecom in Médèa by relying on the questionnaire as a study tool which was used to collect and analyze the various data from Algeria Telecom Al Médèa through SPSS.
