Abstract

The study aimed to identify the link between crisis management and strategic planning in overcoming the adversities and risks it faces, and to identify the role of strategic planning in enhancing crisis management and its dimensions, in addition to the elements of effective strategic planning, and the extent of its effectiveness in that through strengthening it in its stages. , and even before it occurs, with the aim of bringing the institution to a leadership position by achieving the established goals and providing suggestions for methods and strategies for making and strategic alternatives, as well as options to make the crisis an opportunity rather than a threat. To achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive analytical approach was used. As for the study tools and data sources, it relied on the questionnaire as a method of data collection, which was distributed to the study sample and analyzed. And a field study was presented in the public hospital institution in BERROUAGHIA, and the study period coincided with the period of the Covid-19 epidemic, and as it was said in every evil is good, and my Lord is a beneficial affliction, during the period of the epidemic, I was able to put forward a research topic in an atmosphere appropriate to the situation at hand, and easy The process of comparison between reality and the subject of the research, and the questions included in the questionnaire were clear through what is lived, and I did not suffer the bitterness of the long explanation.
