تأثير الروح المعنوية على دافعية الانجاز لدى التلاميذ المقبلين على اجتياز شهادة البكالوريا

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن تأثير الروح المعنوية على دافعية الانجاز لدى التلاميذ المقبلين على اجتياز شهادة البكالوريا، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، من خلال تطبيق مقياس الروح المعنوية ومقياس دافعية الانجاز على عينة من التلاميذ قوامها (139) تلميذا، وهذا بعد التحقق من ثبات وصدق المقاييس، وبعد المعالجة الاحصائية لفرضيات الدراسة تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: • هناك تأثير كبير وإيجابي للروح المعنوية على دافعية الانجاز لدى التلاميذ المقبلين على اجتياز شهادة الباكلوريا ببعض ثانويات مدينة المدية • مستوى الروح المعنوية لدى التلاميذ المقبلين على اجتياز شهادة البكالوريا مرتفع. • مستوى دافعية الإنجاز لدى التلاميذ المقبلين على اجتياز شهادة البكالوريا مرتفع. • لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد عينة الدراسة في كل من الروح المعنوية والدافعية للانجاز تبعا لمتغير التخصص. The current study aimed to reveal the impact of morale on achievement motivation those students who are about to take the baccalaureate exam, it has been done relying on the descriptive approach, by applying the morale scale and the achievement motivation scale on a sample of (139) students, this is after verifying the stability and validity of the scales. After statistical processing of the study hypotheses, the following results were reached: • There is a significant and positive impact of morale on the motivation to achieve among students who are about to take the baccalaureate exam in some high schools in the city of Medea. • The morale level of students who are about to take the baccalaureate exam is high. • The level of achievement motivation among students preparing to take the baccalaureate exam is high. • There are no statistically significant differences between the study sample members in terms of morale and motivation to achieve, depending on the specialization variable.
