Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of administrative creativity in activating crisis management in the organization. The study included a theoretical and an applied aspect. This study, relied on the interview and the descriptive approach. We have studied the most important sector that affects all segments of society, especially in light of the Corona crisis, where we dealt with how to apply creativity methods in crisis management and what requires skills and capabilities for the organization in order to find creative solutions in providing solutions to crises so that crisis management plays its role in achieving a degree of rapid and effective response to the circumstances and an attempt Reducing it This is what we concluded in our study of the Hospital Youssef Bin Khadda and their attempt to contain the crisis, mitigate its severity and control it, beginning with the formation of a crisis cell and controlling the situation despite the simple possibilities and the lack of equipment, departments and medical staff.
