Abstract

The study aims to highlight the importance of digitization in general and its gains in particular when applied to public finances, and this after the budgetary reform under Organic Law 18/15, which will have a major role in modernizing public financial transactions through integrated information systems that allow it to shorten these operations and increase control over them. Through the study, I have concluded that Algeria is continuing to make every effort to integrate digitization into public finance and implement an integrated information system that gives a clearer picture of the various financial operations, especially after adopting the multi-year budget. In return, it must work more on training its cadres from a technical standpoint.
