Résumé: Cette étude a examiné le système de communauté familiale dans les articles 738 à 742 du Code civil algérien, par rapport au système de communauté familiale dans la loi no. 9 de 2020 sur l'organisation de la communauté familiale dans l'émirat de Dubaï, qui définit la communauté familiale comme "Un accord entre les membres de la famille réunis par l'unité de travail ou d'intérêt, par lequel la communauté familiale est planifiée comme propriété commune entre eux, et comment cette propriété est administrée". L'étude a donc abordé le concept de communauté familiale et la façon dont elle est établie. Il traite également de la façon dont la communauté familiale a été planifiée dans le cadre de l'étude des actes d'administration et les actes de disposition de la communauté familiale et, Sous réserve des dispositions précédentes, les dispositions relatives à la propriété indivise et par celles relatives au mandat s'appliquent à la communauté familiale.
