| dc.description | : تعتبر المؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الانسان من بين الآليات الفعالة لحماية حقوق الإنسان وترقيتها فقد عرفت تطورا كبيرا في الجزائر أي سبق لها أن قامت بإنشاء آليات وطنية إستشارية لحماية حقوق الإنسان بداية بالمرصد الوطني لحقوق الانسان ثم إنتقالا إلى اللجنة الوطنية الإستشارية لحماية حقوق الإنسان وصول الي المجلس الوطني لحقوق الانسان.الذي جاء به التعديل الدستوري 2016 وأكده التعديل الدستوري 2020 .بالإضافة إلى منحه علاقات التعاون ودوره مع مختلف الهيئات الوطنية والدلية في ترقية حقوق الإنسان و حمايتها في الانتهاكات والتجاوزات التي قد تتعرض لها. الكلمات المفتاحية: المؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الانسان، الآليات الفعالة لحماية حقوق الإنسان، آليات وطنية إستشارية. Summary: National humanrights institutions are consideredamong the effective mechanisms for protecting and promotinghumanrights. They have witnessedgreatdevelopment in Algeria, thatis, they have previouslyestablished national consultative mechanisms for protectinghumanrights, beginningwith the National Observatory for HumanRights, thenmoving to the National AdvisoryCommittee for the Protection of HumanRights, arrivingat The National Council for HumanRights, whichwasestablished by the ConstitutionalAmendment of 2016 and confirmed by the ConstitutionalAmendment of 2020, in addition to grantingitcooperation relations and itsrolewithvarious national and international bodies in promotinghumanrights and protectingthem in the violations and abuses to whichtheymaybeexposed. Résumé: Les institutions nationales des droits de l'homme sont considérées parmi les mécanismes efficaces de protection et de promotion des droits de l'homme. Elles ont connu un grand développement en Algérie, c'est-à-dire qu'elles ont déjà mis en place des mécanismes consultatifs nationaux pour la protection des droits de l'homme, à commencer par l'Observatoire national des droits de l'homme, puis ensuite. passer au Comité consultatif national pour la protection des droits de l'homme, arriver au Conseil national des droits de l'homme, créé par l'amendement constitutionnel de 2016 et confirmé par l'amendement constitutionnel de 2020, en plus de lui accorder des relations de coopération et son rôle avec diverses instances nationales et internationales pour promouvoir les droits de l'homme et les protéger contre les violations et abus auxquels ils peuvent être exposés.
