Abstract

This study focused on identifying the Islamic windows in the Algerian banking system of the Gulf Bank of Algeria, as it aimed to introduce the reality of Islamic windows through its inception, its definition, the activities and services it provides and its requirements, in addition to the controls and regulations that these windows are subject to in commercial banks and the Gulf Bank of Algeria as Especially, as a new regulation was recently issued in the Finance Law providing for financial participation or allowing traditional banks to open Is lamic windows or windows. And to identify the obstacles that stand in the way of establishing these windows with traditional banks, and their relationship establishing them, and the economic effects of those windows on the Algerian banking system in particular.
